As a learning and development leader and coach with over 20 years of experience, I am committed to helping leaders, teams, and organizations gain mastery of themselves, the moment, and their mission. I help them to thrive in the midst of change, achieve goals, and emerge stronger with greater self-awareness, clearly defined expectations, measures of success, and accountability.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). I have a Master’s Degree in Design from the IIT Institute of Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Journalism from UNC Chapel Hill. And, I have coached TED and TEDx speakers since 2011.
My professional services experience spans several industries including healthcare, higher education, legal, pharma, financial, design, and tech.

The Masterwork logo is the infinity symbol. The infinity symbol holds a deep meaning for spirituality, love, beauty, and power. The word “infinity” comes from the Latin word 'infinitas' which means unboundedness or endless. The mysticism of our past and the possibility for an eternal future give the infinity symbol a sense of awe and wonder. In a world filled with distraction and complications, the infinity symbol represents a sense of simplicity and balance. It reminds us to be conscious of where we are and the endless and infinite possibilities we have before us.
Infinity is a powerful lens through which we contemplate the depths of a curious mind and what it means to be human. Although we are whole, we are connected. And, although we exist in this moment, there is momentum in our existence… as we create our masterworks.
